Meet the Co-Founders
Steve Larson
Steve has over 14 years experience in commercial and residential construction as well as a degree in business management. He began his building career as a laborer, so he knows quality from the ground up. His humility and expertise enable him to build relationships of trust between clients, subcontractors, architects, and designers to ensure excellence in the process and outcome. Steve is married with three kids.
Nathaniel Smith
Nathaniel has nearly 20 years experience in commercial and residential construction and is a master woodworker. His passion for building began as a kid helping his father, who owned a flooring business. He led his first project, a new three-story hillside custom home, at 20. Nathaniel’s deep knowledge of all aspects of construction combined with his intuitive problem solving shape his success as a builder. He is married with four kids.
