Our Residential Process
1. Consultation - We meet with you on-site to understand your scope of work, share our process, and begin discussing budget. Designers and architects may also weigh in to facilitate alignment between your vision and your resources.
2 - Pre-Construction & Design - As we enrich our understanding of your project, we’ll build a detailed preliminary budget and timeline. By working closely with the design team and our trade partners, we create a clear understanding of design, selections, cost, and timeline.
3 - Construction - After finalizing design and budget, we begin construction. We communicate regularly with you throughout the build, including multiple on-site or zoom meetings, so you understand our progress and have peace of mind during the project.
